I first joined Hampton Vale Primary Academy in January 2019 as the Acting Headteacher when the school joined the Four Cs Multi Academy Trust. I was appointed the permanent Headteacher position in January 2020. 

Over the past 5 years, the school has been on a huge transformational journey, and we have recently been awarded a 'Good' with 3 'Outstanding' features by OFSTED (Leadership and Management, Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development). Our KS2 data now exceeds the national average and our children have received a fantastic curriculum offer and leave secondary ready. I am so proud to work with a wonderful team of staff and an even more exceptional group of young people.
